The Tulu language is in the incubator. The language uses the Kannada script and according to the localiser at twn and info on the Wikipedia page the keyboard method for Kannada is valid for Tulu as well.

Please implement the Kannada keyboard method for Tulu

I can't work out if this is a site request, or a request to add the functionality to Narayam

this is a feature request; it needs configuration to include the Tulu language.

Fixed in r106629 , the input method is marked as beta, means it will be available only at translatewiki and incubator .

For any correction on keyboard layout, file a separate bug.

Forgot to tell, the one I added is transliteration keyboard. Inscript layout is defined for Kannada, But looking at the Gov standard for Inscript, it is not defined for Tulu.
