Were not consistent with search when different languages are used.

If you change your language settings then search and browse are in that language. But if you use IW links then search does not change TO the used IW language.

Do we want to change it?

The home page button & search always operate on what you've selected in your settings.

Following a link doesn't change your settings.

To me this feels pretty consistent as is...
