Hi. What exactly happens when you try to upload a photo to commons. Do you get some sort of error?

Also, have you reported this anywhere else?  Adding Commons admin for input.

User has no recent activity on Commons so looks like upload kept failing; I asked on his fr.wiki talk page.

I let a new message indicating this bug can be reopened if a new upload try fails again.

UploadWizard code has pretty evolved in 10 months, and we don't have any information to debug the initial case (would mean there are pretty chance new uploads work), so I don't see any valid reason to keep this bug open.
