I have MW 1.18.0 installed with the only extension Title Black List (most recent version), and it gives this error when I try to make an account:

- Fatal error: Call to undefined method TitleBlacklist::singleton() in ... \extensions\TitleBlacklist\TitleBlacklist.hooks.php on line 85

I've checked this in two separate installations of MW.

It looks like some trunk code has been merged in, but without the necessary dependancies

Part of r98759 needs reverting out, came from r97794

Though, it might be saner just to copy out TitleBlacklist from trunk, 1.18wmf1 is using a more updated version
