I've been playing around with Fundraising banners and came upon this one: http://or.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page?banner=B11_Donate_Projects_ThermoLimited_IN It's a banner with Jimmy and a thermometer. It says "NaN Cr" instead of something like "1.70 Cr". "NaN" means "not a number", a value that often appears when numbers are handled incorrectly in the code and "Cr" means [[crore]], a common Indian word for "ten million". The same banner in the English Wikipedia appears with the correct number: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page?banner=B11_Donate_Projects_ThermoLimited_IN I'm not even sure that this banner is actually used - it may be just a test. But if it is, or will be, used, then it should probably be fixed.
It certainly is not working, but it is not a bug in CentralNotice. The banner is 4 hours old and I believe it still a work in progress. I have sent an email to the creator to make sure that he knows it is not working correctly. In the future, errors in banners are best reported in #wikimedia-fundraising on IRC or on the fundraising page on meta at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Fundraising_2011 Thanks.
