Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports are handled in Wikimedia Phabricator.

Add the following Babel configuration varibles for is.wikipedia:

0 wasn't specified, not sure if this was intentional or not

Set as

'0' => 'Notandi %code%-0',


Please let me know if you didn't want that, and want it setting to false
