Go to http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Special:FundraiserStatistics . The results from the last 3 years are displayed by default. Click on Customize, then deselect the oldest checked checkbox (as of today, "2009"). Only the results from the last 2 years are shown. Go to another tab (for instance "Number of contributions"). Even if only 2 checkboxes are selected, there are 3 sets of bars displayed. Go back to the customization controls and re-select "2009". The data from that year dissapears (i.e. the script acts as if the checkbox was previously checked and you unchecked it). The customization settings should be consistent across tabs.
I believe this is actually a duplicate of https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32441 which was resolved by Kaldari in r107646. That has not yet been deployed to the cluster, but it should resolve this when it is. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 32441 ***
