Is it possible to have Redirect command for specific row in a chart?
for example like [[article#sectionA]] (for pages)
we can have [[article#chartrow=25]] (it means link redirects to 25th row of first chart in page [[article]]).

You can insert a <span id="whatever"></span> anywhere in the text and use it this way, including in table cells.
