Add "nottitle" to skip 1 or more titles.

This makes sense with "ordermethod = popularity".

It actually makes sense in quite a few contexts. I plan to add this (and take care of a bunch of other intersection bugs) some time in the mysterious future when I have free time and feel like giving intersection some love. (OTOH I've been saying that for over a year now and I haven't gotten around to it yet)
