I saw it once and cannot find a reliable way to reproduce it.

It looks as if a "settings" panel is concatenated to the "about" panel, and tapping on those settings items works.

I think it needs to hide the other popups when showing the about box.

Steps to repro:

* open menu, select 'Settings'
* open menu, select 'About'
* scroll around and find that both 'settings' and 'about' bits are visible
