I translated all strings on translatewiki and the app name in RC4 is still in English.

We don't have them on translatewiki, but the app name is translatable. I pulled all the site name settings from Wikipedia.

$wgSitename is 'Wikipedia' on zh.wikipedia.org, so no Chinese translations will have been included yet... if you filled in 'sitename' in the messages I can pull that one out though!

维基百科 in zh-hans and 維基百科 in zh-hant
