The new Installer claims eAccelerator to be a supported PHP accelerator.

However, since #29747 this is no longer true.

The interface text in the Installer still has to be updated accordingly.

You put 1.18.1 in the version field. eAccelerator support was (will) not removed until 1.19.

Closing as invalid. Re-open if i misunderstood.
