Patch for skins/common/shared.css

Bug 28979 removed with r88118 text color and background color for abbr and acronym. The border-bottom-color is still black. This should be removed to get the initial value of the border color. The initial value is the text color: http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/box.html#border-color-properties
