Hi, could you set up autopatrolled group to that project, I think we could use it for folks who are creating a lot of pages or edits which are good, but are not in any group which would implicitly make them not be reported to un patrolled list (check for vandalism would be easier)

should be probably managed by sysop+

Any consensus/rationale for this based on onwiki discussion? 

https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:Current_issues is the usual place for that.

I'd say bring it up there and give it a few days and re-open if all is good.

btw, do you mean patrol-autopatrol or flaggedrevisions-reviewed ?
