position:fixed support is new in iOS 5; to run on earlier versions we'll need to use iScroll library or something (which is too slow for many Android phones, so needs to not be used there)

I've not had much luck with iScroll yet, surprisingly. For the moment I'm marking the app as requiring iOS 5...

[master affe4a97d37f4e3cd8a556598cbfe7a97a275828] Use iScroll on iOS 3 (untested) or 4 (tested 4.3 sim)

App has been set for compat at least back to 4.2 (I can only test 4.3 with the current SDKs)
