It would be nice, If we had a special page that listed all duplicate uploads in a wiki (Against local and foreign repos).

We currently do have [[Special:FileDuplicateSearch]] but that is kinda lacking for most uses...

[[Special:ListDuplicatedFiles]] was added with Gerrit change #85446
