Please kindly make the following changes to the site.

1. Enable Extension:AbuseFilter 
2. $wgEnableDnsBlacklist = true
3. wgLocaltimezone => 'Asia/Bangkok'
4. Change $wgNamespaceRobotPolicies so that search engines DO NOT index all namespaces
EXCEPT the following:

0 Main
4 Project
8 MediaWiki
10 Template
12 Help
14 Category

5. Change the logo to

I believe that is already done globally.

Thank you very much for doing 1-4 quickly.

I just wonder what is the right dimension/format for the logo.  If
possible, please give me a link to a page that specify the detail of
what you expect.

135 × 135 as a png iirc with transparent background (I haven't checked your file for that).

Also it's easier (although not required) if your logo is uploaded/moved to File:Wiki.png.
