Diacritic signs for Hebrew using dashes cricle

Currently the buttons for diacritic characters in Arabic character selector don't use the dashed circle which is being used in sources like Unicode documents:

The Arabic section of WikiEditor was updated recently. Is this still an issue, or do the characters look better now?

If the characters are still not appearing, can you please say which operating system and which browser are you using?
