There're simple arrays in ZhConversion.php so it shouldn't be difficult to implement.

Updated makefile

I tried to fix the makefile and have the result attached.

It still has problems that I must make allsimpphrases.t manually and then execute make command. I'm not sure why the parts inside 'allsimpphrases.t' always return error 1 and quit the make process.

Forgot to mention, the file was located at includes/zhtable/MakeFile.

Makefile is not used AFAIK. Use Makefile.py instead.

And it works under the following configs:

UNIHAN_VER = '6.2.0'
SF_MIRROR = 'nchc'
SCIM_TABLES_VER = '0.5.12'
SCIM_PINYIN_VER = '0.5.92'
LIBTABE_VER = '0.2.3'

Or does Makefile.py need some updates and a new patch is needed?
