On WMF-wikis with https [[svn:]] is expanded to

  http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/?view=log

expected result

  //svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/?view=log

because https://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/?view=log is reachable.

Interwiki map for WMF is managed here:

http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Interwiki_map

It was already fixed there, will be live next time the interwiki map is re-generated and deployed.
