Interwiki links to other language Wikipedias are broken on Wikipedia. For example, on the article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finnish_markka, the interwiki link "de:Finnische Mark" doesn't go to http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finnische_Mark, it goes to http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=De:Finnische_Mark&action=edit&redlink=1. It appears that Wikipedia now thinks the link is a normal wikilink to an article called "de:Finnische Mark".

Moved to Wikimedia as this is a problem in the config there, not a bug in the MediaWiki software itself.
