In case you accidentally forget to specify the protocol e.g. --server=my.example.com instead of --server=http://my.example.com you get the following php notices:

PHP Notice:  Undefined index: scheme in /.../includes/GlobalFunctions.php on line 572
PHP Notice:  Undefined index: scheme in /.../includes/GlobalFunctions.php on line 574

It would be nice if a message like "Please specify the protocol with --server" or something like this gets shown.
