I am admin of fa.wiktionary and fa.wikibook.we have many vandalism on these wikis.
would you please activate abuse filter for fa.wiktionary and fa.wikibook and wikisource?

It is activated on all projects AFAIK...

It might need some customization tweaks though to suit the particular projects in question.

Indeed, it's been enabled on all projects for quite a while now

You have to create rules to deal with vandalism, it doesn't do it automatically
