Any website of WIKI is not working. Big pages like Bill Gates, Taj Mahal etc are not even opening. Only HTML is displayed when the page opens up. NO CSS, Javascript. I tried different browsers and different computers. All show the same thing. 

I asked my ISP, they said everything is fine on their side. I reported it earlier here on Bugzilla. Id: 34256

Help needed!!!
