Special:UnusedFiles is pretty useless.

1) Add the future MIME type selector from Special:MIMESearch https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33834 

2) Add an user name input to select pages by the uploader / page creator

This way it will be possible to make useful queries like "List all unused PDF files I uploaded"

Note, this would only be do-able in non-miser mode, since doing that would be rather expensive (and not compatible with query cache)
