Patch

When the consensus have finished and the community decided to make this new aliases, the patch I attached can be used.

Sorry for the disruption. Our discussion was finished. :)

Patch is no use for site config. Added to kowiki namespace aliases

Sorry, but '프' is for ns id 102, '프토' is for ns id 103. Can you fix it right away?

'프' is alias for ns id 102 '위키프로젝트', and '프토' is alias for ns id 103 '위키프로젝트토론'. ns 102/103 was created already. See https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27651
