To reproduce:
"Download as PDF" from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_hieroglyphs/A

It looks like the hieroglyph images on the page are generated by the wikihiero extension - in any event, they're indicated in the text like so:
<hiero>A1</hiero>
("A1", etc, are standardized alphanumeric codes within Egyptology for specific hieroglyphs.)
