Sample URL http://en.wikibooks.org/w/index.php?title=A_General_Style_Guide_for_the_English_Language&diff=cur&oldid=2267115

Hitting "Reject Revision" button forwards to http://en.wikibooks.org/w/index.php?title=Special:RevisionReview&action=submit

then returns an HTTP 500 error. Three sysops on en.wb are all reporting the same issue, across different browsers (IE, FF and Opera) and different pages.
