If you visit http://www.wikimedia.com/ you get to a rather broken page which says:

"Wiki does not exist
From Meta, a wiki about Wikimedia

This wiki does not exist yet. Perhaps you are looking for one of our other projects:"

The domain should really just redirect to wikimedia.org, as should the sub-domains, as wikipedia.com does.

RT is Request Tracker.  It is the tool that Operations uses to keep
track of its work queue.

Was already done in Change Iaee75843, resolving this bug.
