Leaflet-based map flickers badly on Android 4 in the PhoneGap app, but not in a browser. Something specific to PhoneGap is going on but we're not sure what.

Tested with Galaxy Nexus, Android 4.0.2.

Filed an upstream issue with Leaflet:
https://github.com/CloudMade/Leaflet/issues/518

Worked around it by disabling webkit's 3d css transformations so it falls back to traditional positioning. This seems to only be a problem within PhoneGap -- same code running in browser doesn't show flicker.
