Description varnent 2012-02-25 23:06:23 UTC
There's been a request to submit MediaWiki to Microsoft's Web Gallery -
http://www.microsoft.com/web/gallery/categories.aspx?category=Wiki

We have an initial submission ready, but need to prep the package:
http://www.microsoft.com/web/gallery/appdetail.aspx?id=616&usesubmission=true (may not be viewable - email me or Sumana to be added as an owner of the project).

Here's info on the XML file that needs to be created and added to the package:
http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/578/package-an-application-for-the-windows-web-application-gallery/

They also need the package in Zip file format. Need to resolve how that's done for this submission and future releases.

Markus Glaser: You assigned this issue to yourself two years ago.
Could you please provide a status update and inform us whether you are still working (or still plan to work) on this issue?
Only in case you do not plan to work on this issue anymore, should the assignee be set back to default and the bug status changed from ASSIGNED to NEW/UNCONFIRMED? Thanks.
Comment 2 Andre Klapper 2014-05-21 14:28:17 UTC
Markus Glaser: I am resetting the assignee of this issue to default because there has been no progress in the last months. Feel free to take it again when you are actually planning to fix this. Thanks.
