This revision created a March 2012 section for a comment clearly marked 21:36, 29 February 2012.
I suspect that this is something to do with it being the 29th of February, which only occurs in a leap year. (Once every 4 years. Except every one hundred years. Except every four hundred years.)

This might also be a timezone issue -- it looks like the user who made the edit is from Malaysia, which would be UTC+8 or so, making it March 1 in local time.
