I received a notification from svwiki about a modification that was made to my talk page there: På //sv.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=$PAGETITLE_RAWURL&diff=0&oldid=$OLDID hittar du alla förändringar sedan ditt senaste besök. which seems to come from "enotif_lastvisited"

Local message was not really a modification, but an old translation of the 2005 version of the message. (And it was broken since r10044).
