The message: 

Page "whatever" has no subpages to list.

will unintentionally display a full size image file if "whatever" is an image file page.

Here's an example:

On my system, all you need to do to reproduce this is put one of the SPL parser hooks on an image page. I'm not sure about versions other than on my system.
