When debian package is updated to github tag v0.2 the following should be done:
* save content of user table
* remove everything else
* re-run testswarm.sql and useragents.sql
* insert old user table content

This bug is redundant for now. TestSwarm installs from before 1.0 are not compatible with 1.0 and can't be upgraded (major rewrite). What happens after 1.1 is just guessing and TestSwarm may have its own updater by then.
