Trying to block (without padding with zeros all host bits) an already blocked ip range I got the following error message:

A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was:

    (SQL query hidden)

from within function "GlobalBlocking::insertBlock". Database returned error "1062: Duplicate entry '94.60.168.0/22-0' for key 'gb_address' (10.0.6.47)".
