Untill 2009 this function was enabled in our wiki. Unfortunatly it is not longer available. Please enable it again so that update of the list don´t need to be done manualy.  The discussion is available here:

Is a config thing, because the special page is only disabled on wmf for performance reasion

No, you can't

You'd need to do something like a query on the toolserver or similare.

SELECT page_namespace AS namespace, page_title AS title, rev_timestamp AS value WHERE page_namespace = 0 AND page_is_redirect = 0 and page_latest=revid;
