Telugu Wikisource, http://te.wikisource.org, has almost 7,000+ articles and most of them are placed as shown in, http://te.wikisource.org/wiki/%E0%B0%AC%E0%B0%BE%E0%B0%B2%E0%B0%95%E0%B0%BE%E0%B0%82%E0%B0%A1%E0%B0%AE%E0%B1%81, because of lack of sub page feature. changing the Status to New
In which namespaces?
It should definitely be there for main namespace. Please follow the settings in Malayalam and Sanskrit wikisource regarding this and follow the same thing for Telugu also.

Reopening the bug as the requested feature is not yet enabled in Telugu Wikisource. Kindly enable the sub page feature in main name space as requested in the 1st and 3rd comments.

As per above, when you ask for it to match 2 sites, and those 2 sites differ, it makes life hard. Out of File, Help, Help talk, Category and Category talk, where else do you want it enabling?
I am not sure about the complications associated with this. Sorry about that. I am not sure why sub page feature in main name space is working in Malayalam and Sanskrit but not in Telugu even though settings are similar. The sub page feature need to be enabled for main name space (that is, article name space). That is the main request of this bug.

Breadcrumb links are not working. Look at this page in the English Wikisource: https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Gesenius%27_Hebrew_Grammar/25._Unchangeable_Vowels It has a breadcrumb link to "Gesenius' Hebrew Grammar" under the title. I don't see breadcrumbs in Telugu Wikisource.
The breadcrumb links were not working in TE wikisource due to the existence of a special code Commons.CSS. Today I was able to found that piece of code. I removed that from Commons.CSS (difference: http://te.wikisource.org/w/index.php?title=Mediawiki:Common.css&curid=4&diff=23430&oldid=23429) Now breadcrumb links are working.
