On Norwegian Wikisource, we would like to create a portal namespace, similar to the portal NS on Norwegian Wikipedia, or English Wikisource/Wikipedia. We have had a brief conversation at the Village Well [[:s:no:Wikikilden:Kontoret#Emner]]. We have already created a series of portals, but these are, for now, in project ns [[:s:no:Wikikilden:Grunnloven]], [[:s:no:Wikikilden:Drammen]], and should be moved to a more appropriate NS. 

As on other Norwegian projects, the NS would be PORTAL and the corresponding discussion page PORTALDISKUSJON.

2 people isn't really enough for this, even with such a small community. Please reopen this bug if/when community support is clear.
