If I correctly understand, today a new 'Proposal' name space was added to the steward wiki (http://wikitech.wikimedia.org/view/Server_admin_log)

Could you temporally revert it? A page, which had a name beginning with 'Proposal:', became inaccessible as a result.

You really want a temporary reversion or you just want the page to be accessible again?
