I would suggest that it's rather silly to have a botadmin user group; most wikis simply grant the bot and the admin group, much simpler that way.

By default, BCs does not have right to revoke sysop access from a user. So, if we grant sysop right to a bot, to revoke the right, a meta request is required. 

We grant this right for a limited period for a particular use only, and need to revoke the right immediately after use.
