On my Mac Machine 10.6.8 on Fire Fox 11.0 browser version, on every page for each titles is showing up HTML tags in it.

Below are some of the examples: 

<span dir="auto">Wikipedia:Bug reports and feature requests</span> 

<span dir="auto">India</span>

<span dir="auto">List of states with nuclear weapons</span>
