I think it would be useful to add some basic information to the home page http://etherpad.wikimedia.org/

Something like:
* Who may use etherpad
* If/When wills pad be deleted?

Anyone can use it, that's why it's there. When you click the button it says "PADS MAY DISAPPEAR AT ANY TIME."

I don't think that's very clear - I imagine most people think its for internal wikimedia (foundation) use, and random wikimedia editors aren't supposed to use it.

Right now there is now information at all before the pad is created, not even a link to the etherpad documentation. En example of some basic information for etherpad is http://www.piratenpad.de/.
