Huggle 3 fails to log you in, reporting "Use of Huggle on this project requires rollback", although no.wikipedia does not require this. Huggle 2 works on no.wikipedia without rollback rights.

Reproduction:

1) Download and build Huggle 3.0 from svn branch
2) Select no.wikipedia as your project and "no" as language. Enter the username and password of a user without rollback rights on no.wikipedia. Click login.
3) Huggle will report "Use of Huggle on this project requires rollback" and not log you in.

huggle 3 isn't supposed to be used for regular use yet
