Description sybeus 2012-03-25 06:34:33 UTC
Snapshot for 1.15.x does not work when downloaded from http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:ExtensionDistributor/UserMerge.

Visiting page /index.php?title=Special:UserMerge generates the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'Html' not found in extensions/UserMerge/UserMerge_body.php on line 150

There is no Html class in MediaWiki 1.15.x, it only exists in later versions. Tried simply changing line to older Xml class but page displays < and > artifacts, which leads me to believe snapshot as a whole is not compatible with version 1.15.x.

Discovered today that this item is now working; the ExtensionDistributor is providing a different revision than previously. It is now providing a download to a proper 1.15.x branch revision r45262, whereas on the day I submitted this it was providing a download to a 1.18.x revision r91995, and is why I was seeing the Html class being used.

Also now uncertain whether this was a flaw on the side of UserMerge or ExtensionDistributor at the time, but it appears to be working as expected again.
