Strangely, the SMW documentation claims that "order=rand" and "order=random" are supported in #ask queries:

http://semantic-mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Inline_queries#Standard_parameters_for_inline_queries

...but looking through the code, and trying it out for myself, I don't believe they are. It would be good if they were, though!
