Not sure whether this should be part of [[bugzilla:34367]] or not

Anyway the server does not have https:// configured which means that one drops out of login, or cannot use protocol relative links.

Well, even if it has https, it won't be using a certificate trusted by your browser.

Also, wmflabs is a separate domain from other sites, so login isn't kept anyway.
