When setting a regular property by querying for the value of a special property of type date like e.g.

{{#set:Has revision date={{#show:{{PAGENAME}}|?Modification date}}}}

one gets the following error upon refreshing the semantic data:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getYear() on a non-object in /.../extensions/SemanticMediaWiki/includes/datavalues/SMW_DV_Time.php on line 839

Probably this also applies to special property "Creation date".

I know that it is not possible to set the value a special property manually, but in this case I am setting a regular property by querying for the value of a special property. Thus I believe that this is a valid bug.

I just successfully tested this [1] with SMW 1.8 alpha. Thus closing this bug as RESOLVED FIXED. Thank you for the fix.
