Make text that refers to Bugzilla, like, "bug 33353", clickable in Gerrit. Example: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#change,3450

This is doable by anyone who's got a few minutes to spare updating gerrit.config (it's in puppet).

The configuration settings you're looking for are https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/Documentation/config-gerrit.html#_a_id_commentlink_a_section_commentlink

Fixed in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#change,4796 - both "bug 1234" and "I54bb7a" both link now.
