Thumbnails with large resolutions are not created correctly for https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:The_secret_flow_of_Wiki_Loves_Monuments_infografic.svg Up to 1497px the PNG is correct [1]. 1498px to 1501px cause an error message: "Error generating thumbnail" [2]. 1502px to 1506px again are correctly rendered. Starting with 1507px only a part of the image is shown in the PNG [3]. Somewhere near 1845px it changes the behavior again, some resolutions give a rendering error, then even less of the image is shown, e. g. for 2000px (this resolution is linked on the description page) [4]. This bug seems to be the opposite of bug 18463 which reports that only a part of an SVG is rendered for low resolutions, while larger resolutions work.
